Description
Kario Mart was made for sales people by sales people in order to help energize the team to help them hit their goals!
Great for any sales team where there are daily metrics to hit (dials, demos booked, sales closed, etc.).
Set the rules for qualifying to pull a card, give each team member 3 balloons (not included), and you're off to the races! When someone hits a goal, they pull a card, grab a die, and go to one of their competitor's to try and steal a balloon. The person with the most balloons at the end of the day wins!
Set any rules that you want for people who run out of balloons. For instance, they can save their last balloon if they're able to book a demo on the next 10 calls.
Great for motivating the team to achieve their metrics while introducing some healthy competition into the mix. This has been tested and played many times and has been one of our team's favorite games.
