Description

Mad science is just like any other kind of totally legitimate field of study. Before students can get to work on their grand schemes, unholy abominations, and giant fighting death robots, they have to get through freshman year.

Mad Science 101 is a game of combining contraptions where each player tries to expand their masterpiece, sabotage their opponents, and complete their mad professor's mad assignments. The first to finish three assignments passes the class and wins the game!

Black Tie Games, LLC doesn't officially condone the acts committed by Dr. Schoernberger, but he has threatened more than one of us with bodily mutation if we don't post this video:

Mad Science 101 contains 15 Assignments, 41 Components, and 12 ReadMe rules cards. It was designed for The Game Crafter's Micro-Game Challenge and is meant to be as robust and replayable as possible within the rules of the contest.

Not sure if you'll like Mad Science 101? Downoad the Print & Play version and give it a spin. On the upside, it's free. On the downside, you miss out on all the great art provided by Frank Marsters (More from him at Paeregrine.Cast | Comics, Streaming & Nonsense [www.paeregrine.com]).
