Repatterned: The Prompt Deck
Some relationships are just hard. The same arguments cycle back. Someone in your life says or does something and you don't know how to respond — or you respond and immediately wish you hadn't. You feel stuck, reactive, or just worn down by dynamics you can't quite name.
This deck gives you a way in.
60 reflection prompts across seven categories: Self, Family, Partner, Friends, Work, HCPs, and Letting Go. Each card asks a single question designed to slow you down, help you notice what's actually happening, and point you toward a response you can stand behind.
No book required. No framework to learn first. Draw a card when something feels off, when a relationship keeps frustrating you, or when you want to understand your own patterns a little better. The prompts work on their own — they just ask the questions most of us never think to ask ourselves.
Each card is tagged with one of three phases: Exhale (feel what's happening), Explore (find the pattern), or Engage (choose what's next). Work through them in order or pull from wherever you are.
Useful alone, with a therapist, a coach, a partner, or a trusted friend.
60 prompts. One question at a time.
