Story Salad
Requirements
Description
Story Salad is a cooperative, story sharing game. Draw a card from the Story Salad deck. Tell a true story from your life based on the card. If you can’t think of one, draw another card until you can.
When a player is telling his or her story, no other player is allowed to talk or interrupt, unless there is a need for clarification.
Once you have told your story, anyone else in the circle may tell a story about the same subject from their own lives. Do not be in a hurry!
Everyone around the circle may have a story, or no one may have a story. Either response is fine.
When everyone has had an opportunity to tell a story, the next player draws a card, and the fun continues.
A round is officially finished when everyone has had a chance to draw a card and tell a story. You may also set a predetermined time limit for the game. In that case, the game will end with the clock.
