Terra Neo Deluxe
The Game of World Creation and Worship
In the First World, there were True Gods. The world they made was without fault, full of subtlety and wonder. Held together by their cooperation and dedication, these gods were wise and selfless. The Many-Father himself oft walked amongst his people, hidden from all but those which he chose to encounter. And from these relations were born the Demi-Gods. Sneering, petulant children, they fancied themselves immortals and knew little of their Father’s great purpose.
One night, the Demi-Gods infiltrated the Hall of Might and stole their Father’s great Orbs of Creation. Armed with almighty power, they splintered space itself, siphoning energy from the First World into a new, unformed reality. And from this Source, they molded a new world where they schemed to become True Gods. Among each other, they professed a spirit of cooperation, besmirching the Many-Father’s role as the ultimate ruler, and pledging to share power equally in the new world. Together they raised mountains, carved deserts, spread forests, and filled oceans.
Yet this cooperation was as artificial as their acts of creation. The Demi-Gods built great temples in the most powerful, resonant geography they could find or create. They bestowed titles upon themselves in hopes of swaying the masses to worship at their altars. By the time the world was nearly complete, brother was fighting brother, upheaving great partitions of earth and sea in attempts to undermine and overpower each other. And it was such that this new world, this Terra Neo, was formed.
In Terra Neo, the game of Creation and Worship, players assume the roles of young gods crafting a new world together. Along the way, they build temples and acquire new abilities, becoming more powerful and ever more worship-worthy. The game ends when the world is complete, and the winner is the god whose temples have the
greatest resonance (most points).
NOTE: This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
