THE ADVENTURES OF THE IBEJI

Alafia! The Adventure of the Ibeji is an African theme board game, that is focused on Yoruba Culture. In Yoruba culture, the Ibeji are the first set of twins on Aye (Earth). Taiwo(boy) is the youngest and Kehinde(girl) is the oldest. The myth goes, that the oldest twin told the younger twin to go first at birth and check for possible danger. In the board game the youngest player will go first and the oldest player will go last. The board game is meant for ages 3+, players will learn the Yoruba number system from 1 to 10 and also learn Yoruba names for animals. All cards will have the English translations for the Yoruba numbers/animals. This game is meant to play with family, friends and also Ile. Thank you, enjoy. O dabo!
