Howdy Partner!
Welcome to the Wild West, wrangle up a stool and sit a spell and let me tell you about the Hangin’ Man.
This is a familiar game to every cowpoke and kid from West of the Mississip’ to the Dandies up North.
Your goal in the Hangin’ Man is simple, be the first to defeat the Hangman and save your outlaw compatriot or risk being the Hangin’ Man yourself. The Hangman can be defeated by collecting bounties and with a little luck turning those bounties in and finishing the key word.
You collect bounties by challenging your fellow outlaws in a dual, the winner of the dual (no matter who started the dual) collects a bounty, if that bounty is playable you are now one step closer to beating the Hangman; otherwise put that bounty on yourself and you are one step closer to being a Hangin’ Man. Fill up your bounty counter and you can no longer collect any new bounties and are unable to win the game. Fear not though, as you can still challenge your fellow outlaws and if you win you can transfer one of your bounties to your opponent and as quick as a nudist in a cactus patch, you are back in the game.
If you are the last outlaw standing you can claim a small reward, or continue to try to beat the Hangman for the largest reward. But, one bad dual, and the tides may turn and you will be the next HANGIN’ MAN!
