Description

The Pizza game is super simple and easy to learn game that is a great addition to any party, family game night or friend gathering.

The idea for the game started when 3 friends were walking to school with each other every Monday morning and before leaving, would play a quick game of Love Letter. After around 200 games, the base game got boring for them, so they started coming up with new cards to add to the game and pretty soon, they had come up with over 30 new cards to add to the base game, making it a completely different game altogether!

In the Pizza game, you take turns drawing cards and playing cards in order that you might be the last one standing and win all the slices of pizza. The game involves elements from popular games such as go-fish, One Night Ultimate Werewolf, Love Letter, frisbee, war, D&D, magic the gathering, and memory in order to deliver a unique and crazy experience!

The game is also super customizable so no two games are ever the same! With over 1,000 card combinations to try, you'll never get bored of the Pizza Game!

How to Play

Goal : To end up with 5 slices of pizza. You get a slice of pizza every time you win a round. You win a round by either being the last person alive in the round or having the highest number card when the round ends (all the cards have run out of the deck).

Starting the game : In the Pizza game, all the cards aren’t used at the same time (unless you want utter chaos). To know which cards you should add into the deck, see the page 4 for suggestions that work well together, or you can get creative and make your own (although for 1st timers, I’d recommend using the suggestions so you don’t break the game).

The player who ate pizza most recently goes first, and in every round after that, the player who was eliminated first goes first in the next round.

Playing the Game : After determining who goes first, deal 1 card facedown to each player and remove 1 card facedown from the game (so you can’t card count). You first draw a card from the deck. On your turn…

1) You then play one card face up in front of you and perform the effect stated on the card.

2) Your turn is over and the next alive player takes a turn.

3) Play continues until all players except for one are eliminated, or all the cards in the deck have run out.

Winning the Game : If at the end of the round, you are the last one standing, you get a slice of pizza (a metaphorical slice). If there is more than one person left at the end of the round, each player reveals their hand and whoever has the higher card gets the slice. First to 5 slices wins.
