The year is 1813, in Regency England.

As a young lady being presented to Society for the first time, your goal is to secure marriage proposals by as many high value suitors as you can before The Season ends.

This is no easy task. Attracting a suitor requires more than simply batting one’s pretty eyelashes. There are plenty of other ladies out there all attempting to do the same thing, and competition is fierce.

You have been preparing for this moment since you were a little girl. You must do what you can to heighten your Appearance, hone your Talents, increase the standing of your Family, and do what you can to establish a strong Dowry.

After all, it is only the young lady who possesses these attributes in abundance that can ever hope to secure the best marriage proposals.

So get to it, Ladies! The Season is upon us, and you have much work to do!
