In order to start one that helps your cause, you must deliver important messages throughout the city. Each location sends and receives messages, but you must plan your messengers' deliveries to earn the most influence towards your cause.
Set in a fictional European town on the brink of civil unrest, your job is to use your highly trained bird messengers to both pick up and deliver important messages throughout the town. The messages may include Reports, Warnings, or a Call to Action, and each location will only be motivated to join your cause by receiving the right ones.
However you are not the only one recruiting for a cause, as your opponent spreads misinformation to further their goals. It's a race to the finish, so you must plan your messengers' routes carefully and efficiently.
MOVEMENT - Your bird’s Speed determines how many times you can move it on your turn. Each player starts on their far left location.
MESSAGES - When landing on or passing by a location, you may pick up its Message Token and place it on your bird. Your Capacity will show how many messages you can hold.
LOCATION ABILITIES - You may spend 1 Influence Point to activate your current Location’s ability to affect the game.
WINNING THE GAME If either player reaches 15 Influence Points before the other, they win the game.
