Description
RULES
Players choose either X or O as they're marking.
Players take turns putting their marks in empty squares, in the 3 by 3 grid.
The first player to get 3 of there marks in a row ether up, down, across, or diagonally, wins.
When all 9 squares are full, the game is over. If no player has 3 marks in a row, the game ends in a tie, or a cat's game.
