ZONI

ZONI is a unique deck of 40 cards and a rule for finding matches, with several ways to play.

The three keys to finding a match are 1. Choose two, find four - every pair of two cards defines a set of four cards that go together. 2. Three with, one without - within a set of four cards, each of the letters appears on zero or three of them. 3. Twice together, never apart - if two letters appear on two cards on the same (or opposite) sides, then their third appearance will again be together (opposed).

To play, just deal out some cards and start searching for matches. There's no wrong way to play! You can race to find your own matches, work together, or take turns. Pick up three that match, or wait until you've got all four. Puzzle over using all the cards, or just see how many matches you can make. Limit yourself to eight cards or deal out all 40.
